Under a genuine, Warm, caring and empathic counselor a counseling unit has been set up in the school for providing services to those who need positive changes in self destructive behaviors. Promoting insight and awareness, and modifying dysfunctional cognitions in the clients a remarkable change is facilitated. The counseling unit is also trying to identify the under achievers and the students with learning disabilities. The counselor accepts all with empathy and unconditional positive regards and helps to overcome many of their problems
