Education is not mere literacy. Nor is it a combination of the fragmented knowledge of a few isolated subjects. It is a synthetic discipline and it should not be confined within the pages of textbooks or to class rooms. It takes into account the improvement of the physique as well as of the spirit of the people. Regular and systematic physical education helps the students develop their sports and athletic skills. To ensure equal and unbiased opportunity to all students they are randomly grouped into four houses. The annual sports meet witness various hyper feats of athletic excellence. The sports meet organized to assess individual talent of the students and to innovate a spirit of healthy competition in children to reach higher realms of achievement.
NEMHSS provides students with myriad opportunities to develop a well rounded personality. Mere scholasticism is not our aim. Rather it is to develop an integrated personality to allow each child to express his individuality and talent. The school organizes various literary and cultural events and competitions and encourages the children to participate in all co curricular activities and allow them to take all their hidden talents out in an environment of motivated freedom, with greater emphasis on acceptance and appreciation.
